Who we are

AUTO[PHAGY] comes from a Guatemalan family recipe—hibiscus and spices, passed down through generations and rooted in memory. Now relocated in Los Angeles, the tradition traveled with us. Over time, it evolved—reshaped by a new environment, a new perspective, and a desire to create something of its own. What exists now is both past and present: a drink that carries where it came from, and where it’s going.

What once lived in the kitchen has been reimagined into a clean, bottled drink built on bold flavor and intention. Today, we’re starting small—bottling in limited batches and sharing it at local farmers markets and online. Every bottle is made by hand, rooted in where we come from, and shaped by where we’re going.
